IS COUNSELING RIGHT FOR YOU?

Do you find yourself wishing there was someone to share your thoughts with, bounce ideas off of, or process your concerns?  Perhaps something  happened in your life that causes trouble sleeping, and worry makes it difficult to concentrate.

Professional Counseling

As human beings, we are made to be in relationship with each other. Positive, healthy relationships are known to have numerous health benefits.  Overwhelming evidence concludes that professional therapeutic relationships are effective in helping people recover from depression, anxiety and bereavement.  I will listen to you with an open mind.  Then, we will collaborate on strategies to help you heal. I will challenge you to examine negative  thoughts and beliefs from a healthier perspective.  This slight shift in viewpoint has helped thousands of my clients lead healthier and happier lives.
